 BUILDING DESIGNER  & PLANNING PERMIT CONSULTANCY

As a registered Building Design Practitioner, I can administer to clients interested in building or renovating to produce drawings for a planning or building permit :

- preparing sketch and detailed drawings and plans;

- discussing designs with clients and builders;

- preparing specifications for approval by local authorities and for use by builders and tradespeople.

- consulting with engineers and other specialists involved in the project.

Plan Drafting and Building Design usually but not necessarily, entails less responsibility and work than an Architect and is reflected in a cheaper price.
